Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current state-issued physical therapist license or eligibility
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in home environments
  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Current physical therapist license or eligibility in the state of employment
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent assessment and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy based on individualized treatment plans
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop rehabilitation goals
  • Adjust treatment plans and techniques for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary home health team members
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
  • Document visits and assessments accurately and timely
  • Support patients in maximizing independence and quality of life
