- previous comparable experience preferred
- equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
Job Duties
- Support company health and wellness initiatives
- understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
- maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license
- assist pharmacist with responsibilities excluding those requiring pharmacist's professional judgement
- provide a stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing accurately and efficiently
- support coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians
- compound medications according to state and federal regulations
- perform post-fill audits
- support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications
- complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings as allowed
- provide additional health and wellness services allowed by regulatory bodies
- comply with sanitation and safety regulations and identify unsafe conditions
- comply with local, state, and federal laws and report illegal activity
- perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
