  • previous comparable experience preferred
  • equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician preferred

Job Duties

  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license
  • assist pharmacist with responsibilities excluding those requiring pharmacist's professional judgement
  • provide a stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing accurately and efficiently
  • support coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians
  • compound medications according to state and federal regulations
  • perform post-fill audits
  • support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications
  • complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings as allowed
  • provide additional health and wellness services allowed by regulatory bodies
  • comply with sanitation and safety regulations and identify unsafe conditions
  • comply with local, state, and federal laws and report illegal activity
  • perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
