Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely use ladders within weight capacity
- Ability to access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment including respirators
- Ability to work independently and manage route
- Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, balance
- No prior pest control experience required

Job Duties

- Follow route and daily operation schedules within assigned territory
- Operate company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness
- Conduct oneself with professionalism and integrity
- Serve as a problem solver by listening and understanding customer needs
- Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties
- Communicate with customers to explain actions and ensure satisfaction
- Complete service documentation accurately in handheld device
