Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or higher
- 7-10+ years of relevant work experience
- previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm
- flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time
- strong analytical and communication skills
- experience in leadership roles on complex projects
- depth in airlines and aviation preferred
- willingness to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- knowledge of Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space sectors
- proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools
- ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Job Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant work experience
- previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
- depth in airlines and aviation preferred with cross-ADAS experience ideal
- recent project leadership experiences
- experience working with private equity and/or private equity relationships is a plus especially related to Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space
- strong written, oral, and analytical skills
- sharp data analytics capabilities including data science, business intelligence, and data visualization
- proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- structured project management skills

Job Duties
- Lead teams through time-sensitive projects by structuring a performance improvement plan and managing the process through to completion
- synthesize meaningful insights from data, facts, and discussions with clients
- develop findings and make strategic recommendations
- work with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations
- provide hands-on experience through consulting or industry projects in flight operations, airport operations, maintenance repair and overhaul operations, airline or aviation procurement, resource and network planning, revenue management, sales, loyalty programs, technology, air cargo, partners and regional carriers, fleet and financial planning, G&A, insourcing/outsourcing of services, merger integration, OTP or other performance improvement efforts, and cost take-out
- leverage cross-industry experience or capability to work across ADAS sectors
- engage in project leadership and manage multiple workstreams
- apply structured project management and analytical skills to deliver results on time and quality
