Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools
  • excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • structured project management experience
  • critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time

Job Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • previous professional consulting or operations experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm required
  • depth in aerospace, defense, or aviation preferred
  • recent project leadership experiences
  • experience working with private equity and/or private equity relationships a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead teams through time-sensitive performance improvement projects
  • synthesize insights from data, facts, and client discussions
  • develop findings and strategic recommendations
  • work directly with clients to implement recommendations
  • manage direct and indirect cost transparency efforts
  • drive margin management, pricing, and product rationalization
  • enhance sales and marketing effectiveness and incentives
  • oversee sales and operations planning
  • optimize sourcing and global supply chain
  • improve operations management and productivity
  • refine organizational structure and effectiveness
  • implement process improvements
  • reduce SG&A costs
  • manage working capital and cash flow effectively
