Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in business or related discipline and/or 10+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or Employee Shared Services leadership experience
  • Multi-unit or multi-location organizational experience
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or other high-volume, hourly workforces
  • Demonstrated expertise with HR technology platforms including HRIS, ATS, payroll systems
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
  • Prior ownership of HR technology roadmaps and implementations
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to problem solve and create business solutions
  • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders effectively using data and business facts
  • Excellent handle of People metrics and ability to craft insightful reports
  • Effective project manager capable of leading and delivering multiple projects on schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead multiple direct reports

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills utilizing data
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Experience leading multiple direct reports

Job Duties

  • Lead shared services, directing team member lifecycle management including onboarding and offboarding
  • Serve as functional leader of HR systems, coordinating with IT on strategy and optimization
  • Oversee benefits administration and leave of absence programs in partnership with Total Rewards
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Finance teams to assure timely and compliant payroll processing
  • Act as strategic partner to IT, Finance, and Operations aligning HR initiatives with company goals
  • Provide workforce insights through analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making
  • Maintain and update People policies, handbook, and internal governance processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies and automation
