Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- two years experience in culinary management
- two years technical school or equivalent training
- ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
- ability to work flexible schedules including all shifts, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
- possess leadership skills including confidence and clarity in direction
- ability to create positive work environment with open communication
- ability to maintain and advance camaraderie
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- ability to work with addition, subtraction and multiplication tables
- ability to define problems and draw conclusions

- must apply for and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency

Job Duties
- Support and uphold the casino's standards of excellence
- maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints
- greet guests courteously using personalized service
- monitor staff for outstanding customer interaction
- ensure kitchen operations align with department vision
- maximize cost effectiveness by managing budget and labor benchmarks
- maintain accurate attendance and variance records
- prepare food according to established recipes
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations
- answer guest questions about food
- follow all recipes and quality procedures
- monitor productivity and address performance issues
- provide feedback to direct reports
- ensure supplies and equipment are available
- distribute workloads evenly
- conduct daily huddles and meetings
- enforce safety rules and cleanliness standards
- comply with health and safety regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
