Job Requirements
- associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- two years management experience
- two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- experience reporting on metrics and department data to management
- demonstrated success in implementing process or procedure improvements and enhancements
- passion for patients and customers to ensure Sodexo CARES behaviors are followed daily
- knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets
- perform management functions including supervision of hourly associates employee development scheduling and other HR related matters
- strong management skills preferably in healthcare

Job Duties
- evaluate and develop service levels for the Patient Services Program working to exceed patient satisfaction
- oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program (At Your Request) and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
- collaborate with clinical food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
- perform tray assessments to ensure food quality presentation and tray accuracy
- present team updates at monthly meetings to senior management
- perform management functions including supervision of hourly associates employee development scheduling and other HR related matters
