Job Requirements

  • associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • two years management experience
  • two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
  • experience reporting on metrics and department data to management
  • demonstrated success in implementing process or procedure improvements and enhancements
  • passion for patients and customers to ensure Sodexo CARES behaviors are followed daily
  • knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets
  • perform management functions including supervision of hourly associates employee development scheduling and other HR related matters
  • strong management skills preferably in healthcare

Job Duties

  • evaluate and develop service levels for the Patient Services Program working to exceed patient satisfaction
  • oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program (At Your Request) and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
  • collaborate with clinical food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
  • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality presentation and tray accuracy
  • present team updates at monthly meetings to senior management
  • perform management functions including supervision of hourly associates employee development scheduling and other HR related matters
