Job Requirements

  • Patient services or restaurant manager experience required
  • Amazing communication skills verbal and written
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to create effective communication documents including summaries reports and letters

  • Leadership experience in healthcare or hospitality-focused food service management

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all in-room patient dining
  • Lead and oversee the patient dining server team
  • Implement customer satisfaction-driven programs and policies
  • Utilize and instruct computerized ordering, online ordering and inventory systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support nutrition care plans
  • Ensure amazing food quality, unexpected service and patient engagement
  • Develop communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
