Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate and manage all in-room patient dining
- Lead and oversee the patient dining server team
- Implement customer satisfaction-driven programs and policies
- Utilize and instruct computerized ordering, online ordering and inventory systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support nutrition care plans
- Ensure amazing food quality, unexpected service and patient engagement
- Develop communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
