  • Creating effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate all in-room patient dining services
  • Lead and manage the server team to ensure excellent patient service
  • Engage with patients to assist with ordering system and menu selections
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement nutrition care plans
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and follow up to resolve issues
  • Create and maintain effective communication documents including reports and summaries
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company standards and healthcare regulations
