Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate and manage all in-room patient dining
- Lead and oversee the server team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Engage with patients to assist with ordering systems, menu selections, and satisfaction follow-up
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement nutrition care plans
- Foster outstanding customer relations and dining experiences
- Manage employee performance and development within the patient food services team
- Create and maintain effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
