  • Patient services or restaurant manager experience required
  • Amazing communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Creating effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all in-room patient dining
  • Lead and oversee the server team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Engage with patients to assist with ordering systems, menu selections, and satisfaction follow-up
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement nutrition care plans
  • Foster outstanding customer relations and dining experiences
  • Manage employee performance and development within the patient food services team
  • Create and maintain effective communication documents including summaries, reports and letters
