Job Requirements
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Have previous experience or completed training for home medical equipment preferred
- Hold a valid driver's license in good standing and at least one year of driving experience
- Exhibit excellent navigation skills and proficiency in navigation applications
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Show exceptional communication skills and professionalism with clients
- Possess physical stamina and adequate upper body strength for lifting and handling equipment
- Maintain punctuality and dependability
- Ability to read maps, plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays
- Capable of traveling by plane and automobile if necessary
- Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience or successful completion of training for home medical equipment preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with at least one year of driving experience

- Physical stamina and upper body strength to handle heavy equipment

Job Duties
- Deliver and set up required equipment in the customer's residence or healthcare facility
- Educate customers in the proper use and care of respiratory and durable medical equipment
- Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current Home Medical Equipment products and services offered by SG Homecare
- Manage territory to reach service goals and delivery requirements in compliance with industry standards and governmental regulations
- Complete written patient visit reports following setup and follow-up visits
- Assist in resolving customer equipment problems
- Fulfill administrative needs and process all orders accurately and timely
- Promote services and products to referral sources in the community
- Develop technical knowledge of HME or respiratory products and services
- Assist with quality improvement implementation to meet company, state, and federal standards
- Maintain home oxygen systems through scheduled visits
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and simple repairs on equipment
- Report equipment hazards and product incidents according to company policies
- Clean, disinfect, and assist with equipment repairs as needed
- Ensure vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Keep mileage and repair records up-to-date
- Ensure all serialized equipment is properly delivered and tracked for inventory
- Participate in mandatory on-call and call-back program to respond to emergencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
