Job Requirements

High school diploma, certificate of completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience
Less than one year of relevant experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
Previous experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

Acknowledge and greet visitors
Assist patients and family members with initial needs
Connect patients and families with accurate information
Maintain relationships with supporting hospital departments
Serve as liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff
Seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints or special needs
Coordinate patient and guest services in the reception area
