Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors to the hospital
- Provide accurate information and answer questions from patients and their families
- Serve as liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff
- Address and seek expeditious solutions to complaints or special needs
- Maintain relationships with hospital departments to facilitate services
- Coordinate patient and guest services in the reception area
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
