Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administration or accounting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt and quickly learn company policies
  • Must be able to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Administration or accounting experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 products, including advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be a self-starter and well organized
  • Ability to work in a global team environment
  • Ability to interpret policies and apply procedures effectively
  • Willingness to work in an office-based position in Cincinnati, OH

Job Duties

  • Provide day-to-day project support activities including maintenance of project-related files
  • Send documents to clinical research sites and communicate with research staff
  • Coordinate support with patients and/or caregivers
  • Assist with financial reconciliations of travel receipts and invoices
  • Support financial reporting related to travel expenses
  • Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures
  • Process patient reimbursements and schedule travel arrangements for patients
  • Maintain databases/spreadsheets to facilitate tracking/documentation of study activities
  • Support other Patient Recruitment & Retention functional areas on ad hoc projects
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
