Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of professional experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Computer experience required
- Previous patient care experience preferred
- Previous receptionist or word processing experience preferred
- Bi-Annual CPR certification required
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician certification preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars
- Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
- Provide general administrative support to clinical staff
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations
- Assist patients with inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to patient calls
