Job Requirements
- Desire, drive, and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience
- High school diploma or active high school/GED enrollment or one year of previous job experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire or transfer
- Compliance with Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI clearance with renewal
- Willingness to work part-time night shifts in Emergency Department
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or active enrollment in high school/GED program
- One year of previous job experience in lieu of diploma/GED accepted
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered mindset
Job Duties
- Greet patients and families warmly and provide destination coordination
- Clean and maintain assigned areas including patient rooms and public spaces
- Assemble and serve meals according to dietary requirements while maintaining food safety standards
- Transport patients, equipment, and specimens between units and designated areas safely and timely
- Retrieve, set up, and clean telehealth carts for patient appointments
- Order, stock, and manage supplies and equipment on patient units
- Respond to unit phones, assist with call lights, interact with patients, and perform hourly rounding
