Job Requirements
- High school diploma or active high school/GED program enrollment
- One year of previous job experience in lieu of diploma/GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Compassion and drive to provide exceptional patient and family experience
- Availability to work full-time evening shifts
- Willingness to perform various duties across departments
- Commitment to adhere to infection control procedures
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet patients and families warmly providing verbal directions and escort assistance
- Assist with patient and visitor destination coordination while respecting confidentiality
- Clean, remove trash, and organize assigned areas following established procedures
- Assemble and serve meals according to diet orders and food safety standards
- Transport patients, equipment, and lab specimens safely and timely between designated areas
- Retrieve, set up, and clean telehealth carts for scheduled virtual appointments
- Order and deliver unit supplies and equipment maintaining adequate inventory and quality
