Job Requirements
- Previous pastry kitchen experience or culinary school exposure is an advantage, but not essential

Job Duties
- Assist with prep and producing high-quality plated desserts, petit fours, mousses, ice creams, and custards for three on-site restaurants as well as event spaces
- assist in chocolate work, cake decorating and other specialty pastry techniques
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
- collaborate with the team and pastry leadership to uphold the Ned’s Club culinary standards
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the pastry arts field
