  • ability to engage effectively with team members and guests
  • experience with inventory and financial performance management

Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations with a focus on pastry production
  • lead and motivate the culinary team to maintain high standards
  • supervise line staff and ensure efficient workflow
  • assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • collaborate with executive chefs on menu development and food preparation
  • maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
