Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of previous pastry and grill cooking experience
- Ability to work full-time, including some weekends
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Commitment to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Must adhere to company policies and safety standards

- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines

- Willingness to attend training and safety meetings
Job Duties
- Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation
- Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations
- Serves customers efficiently and friendly following established service steps
- Ensures food is at correct temperature and appealing in taste and appearance
- Uses ticket-collection procedures during service and maintains records
- Follows approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor
- Attends training and safety meetings
- Maintains good relationships with coworkers, management, and customers
- Performs job safely and helps maintain a clean work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
