Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in baking or pastry production
  • Availability to work full-time including AM and PM shifts
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift bakery supplies and products

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume bakery or pastry production environment
  • Previous hotel bakery experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and standard recipes
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
  • Ability to maintain quality standards under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts according to standard recipes
  • Support restaurant and banquet baking needs
  • Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products
  • Ensure proper storage and refrigeration of bakery items
  • Manage inventory to minimize spoilage and waste
  • Rotate baking products to ensure freshness
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards in the bakery
