Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings, and desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep lists efficiently and run pastry station during shifts
- Follow plating and portioning standards for all baked products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Follow sanitization and food handling standards
- Stock food and supplies as necessary
- Ensure desserts meet presentation and quality specifications
