Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant baking experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical stamina for standing long hours

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings, and desserts from scratch following recipes
  • Complete prep lists efficiently and run pastry station during shifts
  • Follow plating and portioning standards for all baked products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
  • Follow sanitization and food handling standards
  • Stock food and supplies as necessary
  • Ensure desserts meet presentation and quality specifications
