Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant baking experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads pastries puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results
  • Complete prep lists efficiently run work stations during shifts follow specifications and stock food supplies as needed
  • Portion baked products meticulously follow recipes and ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations adhere to sanitization standards and food handling guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation
