Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep list and efficiently run station during shifts
- Follow all recipe specifications and maintain stock of food items
- Portion baked goods accurately and ensure great plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Adhere to sanitization and food handling standards
