Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year baking or pastry cooking experience
  • Comfortable standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes
  • Complete prep list and efficiently run station during shifts
  • Follow all recipe specifications and maintain stock of food items
  • Portion baked goods accurately and ensure great plate presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
  • Adhere to sanitization and food handling standards
