Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep lists and run station efficiently during shifts
- Portion baked goods accurately and maintain plate presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work station
- Follow food handling and sanitization standards
- Stock food supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency
