Job Duties

  • prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, pastry techniques and standards to fulfill guests' orders
  • respond to the Chef/Manager on duty
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
  • perform frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching
  • lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level
  • frequently lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds
  • remain standing and active for a 6-8-hour shift
  • safely use cleaning agents
