Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of prior culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to make various pastries including cookies, cakes, and plated desserts
- Excellent multitasking and detail orientation skills
- Ability to use kitchen equipment and tools safely
- Customer service experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Job Qualifications
- At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
- Knowledge and skills in making cookies, cakes, chocolate tempering, entremets, friandise and plated desserts
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools
- Customer service experience
