Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years pastry experience
- College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- Food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to understand and accomplish financial goals

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and confections
- Assist in decorating and presenting desserts
- Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
