Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare a variety of products including breads cookies and pastries as well as fancy desserts
- Decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods to meet presentation standards
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens mixers proofers and slicers safely and efficiently
- Ensure all products meet the highest possible standards for quality freshness and food safety
- Provide world-class customer service by engaging positively with patrons and taking pride in your creations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all display cases shelves and the general work area
- Assist in stocking and rotating products to ensure displays are always full and appealing
- Adhere to the companys core values focusing on putting people first and acting as one cohesive team
