Job Requirements

  • At least two years prior baking/pastry experience
  • Willingness to learn and dedication to food, technique, and hospitality
  • Commitment to professionalism inspired by fine dining
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
  • Capability to stand for 6-8 hours
  • Ability to safely use cleaning agents
  • Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, pastry techniques and standards to fulfill guest orders
  • Respond to the Chef/Manager on duty
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station while preparing desserts
  • Frequently walk, kneel, bend, and reach
  • Bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
  • Lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
  • Remain standing and active for a 6-8-hour shift
  • Safely use cleaning agents
