Job Requirements

- Previous experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare a variety of products, including breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as fancy desserts
- Decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods to meet presentation standards
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and slicers safely and efficiently
- Ensure all products meet the highest possible standards for quality, freshness, and food safety
- Provide world-class customer service by engaging positively with patrons and taking pride in your creations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all display cases, shelves, and the general work area
- Assist in stocking and rotating products to ensure displays are always full and appealing
- Adhere to the company’s core values, focusing on putting people first and acting as one cohesive team
