- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred but not required
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare a variety of baked goods including breads cookies pastries and fancy desserts
- decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods to meet presentation standards
- operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- ensure all products meet quality freshness and food safety standards
- provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with customers and colleagues
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases shelves and work areas
- assist in stocking and rotating products to keep displays full and attractive
- adhere to company core values focusing on teamwork and putting people first
