Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a pastry chef or similar role
  • Proven skills in pastry techniques including laminated doughs and plated desserts
  • Ability to create and execute seasonal menu items
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Positive team player with professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation in pastry and desserts, expertise in laminated doughs and plated sweets, experience in high-end or boutique kitchens, demonstrated ability to develop seasonal menus, excellent aesthetic sensibility, teamwork and communication skills, positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Lead the pastry program with creativity, develop seasonal pastry menus, create and refine pastry recipes, execute desserts with precision and consistency, ensure high standards of quality and presentation, maintain organization and respect for kitchen structure, collaborate with kitchen and service teams
