Job Requirements
- Certified in food service sanitation as mandated by the state of Wisconsin
- Understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Ability to maintain personal cleanliness
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Help exec chef create new menus ones for effectiveness and that meet quality standards
- Work closely with executive chef and corporate executive chef
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain current and accurate recipes
- Conduct daily pastry line checks at location working that day
- Work with chefs to manage personnel in an effective manner that meets quality service
- Help chefs educate the FOH and BOH staff about new recipes and menu items
- Report daily ordering needs to chefs
- Help with other duties throughout the kitchen
- Preform reviews and coaching to pastry cooks
