Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in culinary or related field
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited institution
  • 2 years relevant professional experience
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work full time
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years culinary or food and beverage experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience in food preparation and presentation
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventory
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise pastry culinary team
  • Manage day-to-day pastry operations
  • Prepare and execute quality pastries and decorative food displays
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop culinary team members
  • Control purchasing, inventory, and budget adherence
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
