Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in culinary food and beverage or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work full time at Wailea Beach Resort, Maui, Hawaii
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary or related experience
- OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Creativity in pastry preparation and decoration
- Experience in inventory and budgeting management
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise pastry culinary team
- Manage day-to-day pastry operations
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Create new pastry designs and presentations
- Monitor inventory and control costs
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
