Ned's Club Washington is a prestigious members' club located in the heart of the US capital. It occupies a stunning neoclassical-style building known as the Riggs Building, which was constructed in 1930 and is prominently situated across from the US Treasury and near the White House. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a pastry kitchen leadership role
- ability to live and work in the US

Job Duties
- Lead the pastry culinary team in producing desserts and bread programs for restaurants, catering, and events to meet Ned's high standards
- manage commercial objectives including menu costing, budget, profit and loss, recruitment, and labor spend
- oversee all people leadership tasks such as team recruitment, development, performance reviews, and onboarding
- guide and develop the kitchen leadership team while sharing accountability and mentoring future talent
- ensure consistent quality, presentation, and production of all pastry items leaving the kitchen, providing coaching and feedback as needed
- maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, prioritizing guest and team safety
- uphold excellent food safety ratings and audit standards through strict adherence to procedures and record keeping, implementing corrective actions where necessary
