Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage the birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design and customize party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- train and supervise party staff members
- enforce party management system protocols
- ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- collaborate with leadership team to achieve financial goals
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
