Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license issued by the state
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Willingness to follow assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP systems preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Loading items for transport
- Transporting and delivering items to clients and businesses safely and timely
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness before and after delivery
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Accepting payments for delivered items
- Providing excellent customer service including answering questions and handling complaints
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- Preparing reports and delivery documents
- Operating vehicles and equipment such as forklifts
- Becoming proficient in ERP system for inventory management
- Assisting in over-the-counter orders
- Maintaining neat and orderly warehouse
- Creating and receiving purchase orders and tracking invoices
- Maintaining bin locations and part numbers
- Making inventory adjustments and informing Director of Inventory
- Performing other duties as assigned
