Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- valid driver's license and safe driving record
- must obtain California driver's license within 30 days following date of hire
- ability to regularly lift 30 pounds
- occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform all essential functions of the job description

Job Duties
- safely operate a company vehicle to deliver automotive parts to designated locations
- ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts according to the delivery schedule
- verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure parts are securely loaded and unloaded
- provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and service personnel during deliveries
- address any delivery issues or discrepancies with a focus on customer satisfaction
- complete delivery paperwork, including receipts, invoices, and logs
- obtain customer signatures upon delivery and handle any necessary paperwork for returns or exchanges
- assist in loading and unloading parts from the delivery vehicle
- ensure parts are properly organized and secured in the vehicle to prevent damage during transit
- perform routine checks and maintenance on the delivery vehicle, including monitoring fuel levels and ensuring cleanliness
- report any vehicle issues or needed repairs to the appropriate department
- adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving
- ensure the safe handling and delivery of automotive parts, following company protocols and safety guidelines
- maintain open communication with the parts department and dispatch team regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
- provide feedback on delivery routes, vehicle performance, and customer satisfaction
- maintain satisfactory attendance
- perform other related duties as assigned
