- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely with a valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 65 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Moderate computer skills with ability to learn new programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- General knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts
- Demonstrated customer service experience
Job Duties
- Deliver and pick up parts ordered for this location or by other local shops, garages, or dealerships
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Greet guests, employees, and visitors with friendliness and professionalism
- Maintain efficient workflow and keep inventory knowledge up to date
- Communicate effectively with the parts manager, stocker, and delivery team to ensure correct parts handling
- Maintain customer satisfaction standards by acting and dressing professionally
- Follow safety standards while driving and handling parts, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
