Job Duties
- Help pull parts orders for customers as needed
- Delivery truck parts to customers after verifying the list of parts pulled against the invoice
- Obtain signature from customer for parts delivered on charged invoices
- Collect money for cash invoices and turn into Parts Department
- Pick up parts as needed from vendors and verify that the parts match the packing slip
- Receive and write up all returns (cores, new parts, warranty parts) that customers have on the return credit memo and take to shipping/receiving for processing
- Perform a daily check of delivery vehicle (fluids, lights, tires) before leaving for delivery route
- Completely unload their delivery vehicle before leaving for the day
- Maintain fuel log and turn in all fuel receipts
- Obey the posted speed limits and laws when delivering parts
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized
