Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Successfully pass pre-employment checks including drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report
- Must have an unrestricted standard operator's license
- Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol offenses in the past 5 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to use a two-wheel cart carrying loads up to 350 lbs
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience
- At least 1 year in customer service or related field
- Unrestricted standard operator's license
- Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years
- Ability to use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Job Duties
- Accurately locate and pick orders in-store for wholesale customers
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Ensure deliveries of Gordon Food Service products are accurate and timely
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment
- Accurately process customer purchases through the point of sale
- Ensure security of assets including cash, checks, and merchandise by following store policies
- Receive and merchandise products accurately, maintaining proper rotation and quality, and organizing stock
