Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the companys mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
Valid drivers license and current auto insurance in your name required for drivers with pickup truck or trailer

Basic smartphone proficiency to use a mobile app
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Valid drivers license and current auto insurance for drivers with pickup truck or trailer preferred

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use the companys mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned properties
Provide reliable and timely trash collection services to support community standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues
Follow safety guidelines and wear company-provided safety gear during shifts
