Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the companys mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
- Valid drivers license and current auto insurance in your name required for drivers with pickup truck or trailer

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency to use a mobile app
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Valid drivers license and current auto insurance for drivers with pickup truck or trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the companys mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned properties
- Provide reliable and timely trash collection services to support community standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues
- Follow safety guidelines and wear company-provided safety gear during shifts
