Job Requirements

Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company's mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Experience in customer service or waste collection is a plus but not required
Ability to use smartphone applications
Good physical condition to handle walking and lifting
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic understanding of safety procedures

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property frequently, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure cleanliness of assigned apartment community areas
Follow safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment
Communicate effectively with residents and team members
Report any issues or non-compliance encountered during service
