Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan to use the mobile app

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors and around bagged trash and waste
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected trash to the on-site trash compactor without off-site dumping
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and management as needed
