Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance with candidate listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance with candidate listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
Familiarity with using a smartphone and mobile applications
Ability to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances
Experience in a physically active role preferred but not required

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure compliance with safety protocols using provided gloves, vests, and gear
Report any issues or irregularities encountered during service to management
Maintain communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate service routes
Follow company procedures for handling trash and recycling efficiently
