- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance listing applicant as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
- At least 18 years old

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling trailer
- Ability to use smartphone with data plan for mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Physically fit to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to on-site trash compactors using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety procedures using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Report any non-compliance or service issues promptly
