Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance preferred
- Personal vehicle with trailer preferred

- Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company’s mobile app
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid drivers license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the onsite trash compactor
- Use companys mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and noncompliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety procedures using gloves vests and gear provided
- Report any issues or noncompliance noticed during rounds
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and team members
- Adhere to scheduled shift start and end times and report time accurately
